I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled

An Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding Eight million three hundred

and sixty-eight thousand nine hundred and ten Dollars to the Public

Service of the year 1918,

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is

one which is not contrary to the

Governor's Instructions.

2.

This Ordinance is in the usual form.

3.

In my opinion this is an Ordinance t which His Excellency the

Governor may properly assent in the name of His Majesty and on His

behalf.
